Instructions for Custom Engraving:
We're excited to see your ideas so feel free to share what you want to see! You may submit your artwork to onlineorders @ vaporbrothers.com so we can evaluate and send you any necessary questions.
Image types recommended (The highest quality the best):
- JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF: Black and white raster images. Raster images that are not black and white may resolve in unpredictable ways.
- EPS, AI, SVG: Vector images usually give the clearest results, but a high quality BMP or PNG can be just as good.
- BMP: BMP files generally have a higher quality than JPEGs. You may need to send larger files with Dropbox, Drive, Icloud links. Free online sites such as Yousendit can send us a large file as well.
Image size:
- 300 dpi minimum. A full side of the vaporizer will be about 1600 pixels at minimum. Text size must be larger than 12pt or about 4 mm tall.
- Choose either Left side, Right side, and/or the Top of the Vaporbrothers box vaporizer. Ask us if you'd like to do the Front or Back for extra charge (special order).

Proofing and approval:
- Once we receive detailed instructions from you, we will provide a proof for approval before final laser etching.
No worries:
- If we are unable to use the image we will refund you in full for the laser service.
Instructions for sending your vaporizer:
1. Clean out your vaporizer thoroughly and pack the wooden unit alone (not including accessories like the glass Whip) securely into a small box. The box should be at least 8x6x6 inches but not much larger or else your shipping rate could rise.
2. Mail your vaporizer to us at the address below. We find that US Mail gives the best combination of reliability and cost. Don't overpay for shipping by adding too much heavy packaging! From any US location, shipping should never be over $20.

Important: Save your tracking number for following up on the package. You are responsible for your vaporizer until it is received at our address.
What to Expect:
Lead time for vaporizer engraving and repair is up to 2 weeks. Repairing or upgrading the vaporizer will not add significant time to your order. Typical repairs involve replacing all worn electronic components including the heater. Any old versions with metal heating elements will be upgraded to our latest ceramic heater. We thoroughly run test vaporizers so that they are good to last years more.
Consider getting your VB1 upgraded to our brand new, VB1.5, with upgraded heater and internal mount!
