Our standard warranties cover defects and some types of damage, including breaking the glass around the heating element (Most other vaporizer companies do not cover any of that)
But we can't cover you if you loaned your vaporizer to a buddy who dropped it in the water! This warranty takes care of certain events in life.
Within reason (the vaporizer needs to be fixable) we repair damage from accidents, overuse, or ordinary wear and tear, including heater burnout.
